Role :Specialist - Bioanalysis (In Vitro DMPK)Job Location :BengaluruAs a Specialist, you will be the technical expert for all in vitro bioanalytical activities, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of ADME data to support drug discovery and development projects.Key Responsibilities:LC-MS/MS Mastery:Serve as the subject matter expert for the operation, maintenance, and advancedtroubleshootingof LC-MS/MS instruments used for ADME sample analysis. Bioanalytical Execution:Plan, execute, and analyze a diverse range ofin vitro ADME Assays, including: Permeability Studies:Cell-based models (e.g., Caco-2, MDCK) and non-cell-based assays (PAMPA). Metabolic Stability:Assays such as Hepatocyte and Microsomal stability, and CYP-Inhibition. Physicochemical & Stability:High-throughput solubility, Plasma, Buffer, SGF, and SIF stability assessments. Project Flow Optimization:Maintain andoptimize the bioanalytical project workflowto ensure efficient throughput and meet all study timelines. Physicochemical Profiling:Lead the execution of Kinetic solubility, Thermodynamic solubility, and ChromatographicLog Dstudies. Metabolite Identification (MET-ID):Analyze MET-ID samples and prepare detailed, comprehensive reports. Team Leadership:Act as a mentor, providinghands-on trainingand technical guidance to junior team members on various bioanalytical techniques and protocols.Qualifications & Experience:Qualification:M. Pharma Experience:8 to 15 yearsof direct, relevant experience in bioanalysis, with a strong focus onDMPK/ADME studies, preferably within a pharmaceutical or CRO setting. Technical Skills:Must be highly proficient and well-versed in handling and executing bioanalytical assays usingLC-MS/MS technology.Ready to Apply?
