Title: AVP Sourcing Manager

Location: Noida

We are looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Manager (AVP level) to join our Risk & Controls function. In this role, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day negotiations with third parties, overseeing regulatory and compliance controls, and ensuring robust risk remediation practices across multiple domains.

This is a high-visibility position for professionals passionate about ensuring strong governance, resilience, and third-party oversight in a global financial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial & non-commercial third-party negotiations (not just NDAs).
  • Drive controls remediation initiatives across Third-Party Risk, Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, and People Risk.
  • Review, interpret, and respond to technical queries on SOC reports.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory regulatory frameworks (RRP, OCIR, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor risk governance & regulatory alignment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during audits and regulatory reviews.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–12 years total experience
  • Strong background in controls, risk remediation, and vendor compliance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations with third-party vendors.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (RRP, OCIR, GDPR).
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing & explaining SOC reports.
