The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design and deliver scalable enterprise applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient software solutions for Greenko’s digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-enddesign, development, and deploymentof Java-based enterprise applications. Architectscalable, secure, and high-performing backend systemsusingSpring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs . Guide and mentor a team of junior/mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drivecode reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and optimizationof applications. ImplementDevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/Jenkins)for smooth releases and deployments. Ensure applicationsecurity, reliability, and compliancewith enterprise standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system design and development. Contribute totechnical architecture discussionsand support cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP).Required Skills CategorySkills Core Java Expert inJava 8/11+ , OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling. Frameworks Strong expertise inSpring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud . Microservices Design & implementREST APIs, Microservices architecture, API Gateway . Databases Proficient inSQL/NoSQL(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle). Messaging & Integration Hands-on withKafka, RabbitMQ, JMS . Cloud & DevOps Familiar withAWS/Azure/GCP , Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. Testing JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing frameworks. Leadership Team leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum practices.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8–12 years of experiencein Java backend development with at least3+ years in a lead role . Strong experience inscalable enterprise applications , preferably in energy/utility or large-scale digital platforms.
