AI Architect Location : - Ascendion Office 2nd Floor, Prestige Blue Chip Software Park Tower-1, PRESTIGE BLUE CHIP SOFTWARE PARK, Marigowda Rd, Dairy Colony, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029Job Summary: Role Purpose Own the technical direction, solution integrity, and day-to-day engineering leadership for ongoing client projects in the Generative AI space. The architect guides cross-functional squads from design through production, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture Design end-to-end architecture coveringReact-TypeScriptfront-ends,FastAPImicro-services, Python business logic, Azure data layers, andOpenAI APIintegration. Define interface contracts, event flows, observability standards, and non-functional requirements (quality, security, data residency, performance)Generative AI Establish prompt / response validation, abuse mitigation, and PII safeguards forGPT-4o -class models Benchmark chat completion and Responses API, embedding models and vector index strategies; tune retrieval pipelines for factual accuracyTechnical Leadership Convert epics toWBS , map toJiraboards, and drive backlog refinement with BAs Provide hands-on code reviews across UI, API, and data layers; resolve system-wide blockersDelivery Management Align sprint goals with contractual milestones, working with Program Director; Coordinate SIT/UAT, oversee automated regression withPytest ,Jest/Playwright , and CI/CD pipelinesStakeholder Engagement Present solution trade-offs to client architects and execs; adjudicate scope vs. risk Mentor 10-15 engineers; run architecture guilds and knowledge-sharing sessionsMinimum Qualifications 12+ yearsdesigning and shipping full-stack SaaS or data platforms, with 5 + years in architectural leadership. Proven production use ofLLM-poweredfeatures (e.g., RAG, multi-agent orchestration). Deep expertise inReact ,TypeScript ,FastAPI ,Python 3.11+ , asynchronous patterns, and REST/GraphQL. Hands-on withAzurePaaS (Blob, Functions, ADF, ACR, AKS) and IaC (Bicep/Terraform). Strong grasp of test automation— Pytest ,Jest ,Selenium / Playwright —and quality gates. Familiarity with data modeling, SQL/NoSQL (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), vector stores, and Delta Lake. Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and interface with C-level stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications Prior work on financial-services analytics or regulatory environments. Experience hardeningAzure OpenAIdeployments for enterprise use. Exposure to Observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) and threat modelling
