We seek a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across online and offline channels.


Position Overview:

The Head of Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical leader experienced in both digital and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning:

  - Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

  - Oversee marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.


2. Online Marketing:

  - Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  - Optimize the company’s online presence and drive traffic to the EleFant app and website.

  - Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.


3. Offline Marketing:

  - Plan and execute offline campaigns: events, trade shows, partnerships, print media, and outdoor advertising.

  - Develop strategies for local marketing initiatives.


4. Brand Management:

  - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  - Develop and maintain the brand’s voice, identity, and positioning.


5. Collaboration:

  - Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  - Collaborate with external agencies and partners.


6. Market Research:

  - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

  - Analyze competitor strategies and adapt marketing tactics.


7. Performance Tracking:

  - Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.

  - Use KPIs and metrics to assess ROI and make improvements.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven success in both online and offline marketing channels.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Strategic and creative thinking.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

- Experience in consumer goods or technology is a plus.
