Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee the daily operations of Amazon Marketplace accounts, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company goals.
- Sales Growth:Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase GMV, leveraging data insights and market trends.
- Listing Optimization:Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Inventory Management:Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing disruptions.
- Advertising & Promotions:Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to boost product visibility and sales.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, reviews, and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
