About the Role


The role incumbent will be responsible for

  1. Cost estimation
  2. Cycle time optimization for 3 axis & 5 axis
  3. Part prove out with statistical process
  4. Implementing Engineering changes


Responsibilities


  • Knowledge on Drawing Interpretation and GD&T
  • Able to come out with optimized process sequence
  • Hands on experience on preparing CAM Programming for Turning and Milling (5-Axis)
  • Hands on experience in Cycle time estimation and RFQ work out
  • Experience in Tool selection and optimizing cutting Parameters
  • Ability to work independently and Prove out the parts
  • Knowledge on 5S, PFMEA,& QC Tools
  • Troubleshooting in day to day issues
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office usage
  • Exposure to cycle time reduction / Kaizen activities
  • Knowledge on QMS basic requirements


Qualifications


Education details: DME / B. Tech (Mech/Aero)


Required Skills


Experience Required: 10 to 15 years in Methods / NPD - AERO / AUTO
