About the Role: JoinHID Global , a worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions, as aProgram Managerin ourPhysical Access Control Solutions (PACS)team. This is a strategic role driving New Product Initiatives (NPIs) across mobile and cloud-based security technologies. As a Program Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs that secure people and places globally.Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end program executionfor NPI initiatives (epics) across Mobile and Cloud platforms. Align teams throughAgile Program Increment (PI) Planningand ensure on-time delivery. Manage communication and coordination between internal ARTs, QA, Manufacturing, and external partners. Monitor risk, maintain dashboards, and implementepic-level communicationand process improvements. Contribute toLean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)initiatives and continuous improvement practices.What We’re Looking For: PgMP or PMP certificationrequired. 10+ years inprogram/project managementin a tech-driven or security/biometrics environment. Proven success indelivering complex programson time and within budget. Strong command ofAgile methodologies , JIRA, Miro, and MS Office tools.
