About the Role:

TE Connectivity is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams from Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and more to ensure successful project delivery that meets financial, schedule, and customer goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, communication plans, and resources to drive project success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring all projects meet design requirements, budget (Opex & Capex), and timelines.
  • Act as the key liaison to the Project Approval Committee (PAC), ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Provide leadership for New Product Development and Life Cycle Engineering projects.
  • Proactively manage project risks, track performance, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Report on key metrics and implement improvements in the project management process.


Desired Candidate profile :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or Tool Design.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong track record in leading global projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology and experience with engineering tools like MS Project.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
