Conduct Market research, competition study & stay updated with the market Launh new programs & drive successGo-To-Market Strategy: Design andexecuteGTM plans for multiple projects. Getting your hands dirty to drive real impact. Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messagingData-Driven Product & Business Decisions Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups. Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
