HR Operations Manager

Job Description:
The Manager of HR Operations oversees the daily HR functions, ensuring the efficient management of payroll, benefits, employee records, and compliance with local labor laws. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy Enforcement: Implement and ensure consistent adherence to HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage accurate payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely disbursements and legal compliance.
- Compliance & Record Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Support employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
