We are the trusted business development service for life coaches. We help coaches develop websites, publish books and get featured in the media, all with our business in a box service.
We have a 5 month old product which has been gaining rapid traction with more and more users every month, and we are now eagerly anticipating the next phase of our growth journey, where we aim to scale our client inflow substantially.
Ultimately we want the product to be able to onboard 150 new users a month (currently we're getting 25 - 35 new users a month). As a head of operation for this product you will play a crucial roll in developing the strategies and translating them into actionable directives your team. You will need to continuously evolve and iterate four aspects of the product (user flow, quality of deliverables, communication with clients, scalability of the product) based on data driven decisions.
Work Location: Dubai - The applicant must be in Dubai or willing to To ensure a fast and high quality conclusion time to customer requests.
- To ensure that communications with customers is top notch
- To ensure product deliverables are scalable without substantial increases in internal head count
- To ensure the quality of deliverables to customers is world class.
- To continuously evolve and iterate four aspects of the product (user flow, quality of deliverables, communication with clients, scalability of the product) based on data driven decisions.
- Hiring product related team mates to improve the A proven track record of scaling service [partially service built, partially technology built] based products in a startup environment is a must.
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience working in an agile environment and ability to effectively communicate cross-functional requirements
- Strong understanding of product operations principles, with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to experiment.
- Self-driven and experienced in taking ownership of leading a team
- Familiarity with online information products, or agency industries is a plus.
