We are building a pioneering cultural institution that prioritizes impact over profit and strengthens photography as a medium of artistic and social expression.About the RoleWe are seeking a Programs Lead – Founding Role to design, plan, and execute ZiiP's diverse cultural programs. From exhibitions and artist talks to residencies and community collaborations, you will lead projects end-to-end—balancing creativity with operational excellence. This is a hands-on role to start with, but as the Foundation grows, you will also hire and lead a dedicated team.Key areas of responsibility include:- Designing and implementing cultural programs aligned with ZiiP's mission. - Managing logistics, vendors, and budgets for events and initiatives. - Coordinating with artists, collaborators, and participants. - Documenting and evaluating programs for transparency and improvement. - Contributing to ZiiP's long-term global strategy.Who we're looking for:- 6–8 years of experience in program or event management (arts, culture, or non-profit preferred). - Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills. - Passion for arts, photography, and mission-driven work. - Excited by the opportunity to join a founding team role and grow into leadership.Full JD here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VzicQLpqiqLW6Jd9390lTQ_JN0yFIUkE/view?usp=drive_linkApply via LinkedIn or email: careers@ziipfoundation.org
