Partner with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams. Design customized training programs in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management. Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops that encourage real-world application. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom.
