Job Title: GST & Compliance Specialist – Travel & TourismLocation: GurgaonExperience: 10 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned GST professional to manage indirect tax compliance for a travel-focused business. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in GST regulations, especially as they apply to travel services, cross-border transactions, and complex billing structures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end GST filings including monthly, quarterly, and annual returnsApply correct tax treatment for airline tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and service feesManage ITC reconciliation and ensure optimal credit utilizationHandle zero-rated supplies, LUT filings, and overseas service transactionsManage RCM implications for international vendors and GDS partnersSupport audits, assessments, and departmental correspondenceAdvise finance teams on compliant and tax-efficient invoicing modelsConduct internal compliance checks and GST knowledge sessionsRequirementsCertified GST Practitioner (mandatory)8–10 years of GST compliance and advisory experienceExposure to travel or tourism taxation preferredStrong understanding of SAC, ITC, RCM, and GST systemsExcellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills
