Job Title : Snowflake Architect

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurugram

Joining Timeline : Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :


- Architect, design, and develop scalable data solutions using Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.

- Lead the design and implementation of robust data pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes using DBT and other tools.

- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and custom functions in Snowflake.

- Design and implement dimensional data models to support BI and analytics needs.

- Apply data quality and data governance best practices to ensure data reliability and compliance.

- Leverage advanced Snowflake features such as time travel, zero-copy cloning, resource monitors, and virtual warehouse sizing.

- Integrate Snowflake with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as GitHub.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 1320 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.

- Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake including advanced features and performance optimization.

- Proficient in DBT, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration.

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, best practices, and tooling.

- Proven expertise in dimensional modeling and data warehouse design.

- Experience in developing stored procedures and custom functions in Snowflake.

- Solid understanding of data quality frameworks and data governance principles.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automation processes, and GitHub workflows.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a collaborative and iterative delivery mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Snowflake certification(s)

- Experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Familiarity with tools like Airflow, Fivetran, or Informatica is a plus

- Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven data projects
