This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, brand storytelling, and social engagement.As part of Growth Hackers—one of India’s fastest-growing creative and performance marketing agencies—you will be the key design + content partner for one of our clients.You’ll not only be designing social-first creatives (posts, reels, ad creatives) but will also contribute to the planning, publishing, and performance tracking of those creatives across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign- Design platform-specific creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including:- Static posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, GIFs- High-conversion ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads- Campaign visual identity and monthly theme boards- Ensure brand consistency while bringing freshness and experimentation- Work closely with marketing managers and copywriters to co-create ideasSocial Media Execution- Plan monthly content calendars in collaboration with the strategy team- Publish and schedule posts on social media platforms- Monitor engagement, highlight top-performing creatives, and suggest design iterations- Stay updated on algorithm changes, trends, formats, and hashtagsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed- 2+ years of hands-on design experience with a strong portfolio in social-first content- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video/motion tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (bonus)- Understanding of platform-specific nuances (e.g. post vs. story vs. carousel vs. ad creative)- Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and brand visual language- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple content drops- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback- Bonus: Experience working with D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brandsWhy Join Growth Hackers?- Work on real brand challenges—not generic templates- Be part of a passionate, idea-driven team- Learn performance + creative marketing under one roof- Use AI tools and analytics to enhance your creative impact- Flexible, feedback-driven culture with strong career growth
