Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 14 years of extensive HR generalist experience, demonstrating a proven ability to provide forward-thinking HR consultation on both strategic and operational issues. This role requires a proactive approach to assessing the work environment and culture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing impactful HR initiatives that enhance organizational health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Consultation: Provide forward-thinking HR consultation on strategic and operational issues by proactively assessing the work environment, culture, and identifying and implementing appropriate action. This includes developing and implementing programs in areas such as talent development, rewards/recognition, employee engagement, or other initiatives to improve overall organizational health and performance.

- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, offering expert guidance and support in critical HR areas including employee relations, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure related issues.

- Compensation & Benefits Support: Support the annual salary and bonus planning process, providing valuable input into the development of the annual Talent Plan to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.

- Learning & Development: Provide comprehensive employee and manager training across various HR domains, including Performance Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.

- Talent Management Leadership: Participate in and/or lead Talent Council meetings, actively supporting and driving talent initiatives across the function to build a strong talent pipeline and foster employee growth.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide HR-related data and insightful reporting to leaders, promoting data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of robust HR strategies.

- HR Service Delivery Improvement: Participate in corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects, contributing to the enhancement of HR processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- Talent Acquisition Partnership: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the organization's recruiting needs are fulfilled, contributing to strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a fair and compliant work environment.

- Change Management: Support and guide organizational change initiatives from an HR perspective, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA qualified.

- 14+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong track record of success.

- Proven ability to operate as a strategic HR Business Partner, influencing business outcomes through HR initiatives.

- Extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation practices.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use HR data to drive informed decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify HR-related issues and implement effective solutions.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
