Title: Delivery Head - US Staffing

Location: Noida, UP, India – Onsite.


Are you ready ready to lead a transformative delivery team with global impact? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Offshore Delivery team for the US market.


This role encompasses both recruiting and delivery management, emphasizing continuous improvement and strict adherence to established processes. As a pivotal leader, you will drive the company's overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of Delivery Management in the US Staffing environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to enhance team productivity and streamline workflow to achieve maximum efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Play an instrumental role in resource forecasting, hiring, and capacity planning for optimal allocation of talent and resources.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. These reviews should also address any challenges faced and strategize on actionable solutions.
  • Managing day-to-day operations to bring efficiency and excellence to Apolis processes and outcomes.
  • Responsible for ensuring comprehensive coverage, maintaining exceptional quality, and optimizing turnaround time to deliver top-tier services to both existing and new customers.
  • Acquire deep knowledge and understanding of clients to deliver services that exceed expectations.
  • Partner with the sales and account management teams to develop strategic growth initiatives and client solutions.
  • Partner and guide back office and support teams to ensure compliance, provide real-time updates, and maintain exceptional service quality.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in service delivery.
  • Oversee budget planning and management to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members for skill development and career growth.
  • Leverage technology to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 12+ years of US Staffing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in people management or handling large teams.
  • Job Longevity in a leading US staffing firm is a nice to have.
