Job Summary:

VFS Global is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. With a focus on executing digital marketing strategies, this role will contribute to enhancing our online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of the digital landscape in India and international markets, and a passion for driving digital marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Execution: Implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the digital strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
  3. Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital content for various online channels.
  4. Social media: Support social media marketing efforts by managing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to social media growth strategies.
  5. Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, scheduling sends, and monitoring performance.
  6. Data Analysis: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
  7. Website Management: Assist in the management of the company website, ensuring content updates and user experience improvements.
  8. SEO and SEM: Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  9. Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and best practices.
  10. Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting findings to the digital marketing team.
  11. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and eager to stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
