Technical Competence:

- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).

Leadership and Communication:

- Excellent leadership abilities.

- Strong communication and problem-solving or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.

Certification (optional):

Certifications like PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
