About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Professor – Entrepreneurship who can inspire, mentor, and lead students in their entrepreneurial journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, practical industry experience, and a deep understanding of innovation, start-ups, and business model development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects.
  • Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice.
  • Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems.
  • Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
  • Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs.
  • Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
