Rebloom Cosmedica Pvt Ltd.Location: MumbaiDepartment: MarketingAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and organized Point of Contact (POC) to manage coordination between our internal marketing team and external social media and performance marketing agency. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets, campaign reports, and performance updates, while maintaining smooth communication and alignment with brand goals.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the marketing agency. - Coordinate daily communication to ensure all social media and performance marketing deliverables are on track. - Review creative and ad copies before approval to ensure brand alignment. - Track and maintain a deliverables Sheet for campaigns, posts, and ad launches. - Follow up with agencies on pending tasks, revisions, or performance marketing reports. - Work closely with internal teams (design, product, eCommerce, sales) to provide the agency with necessary information, briefs, and feedback. - Assist in campaign planning, content scheduling, and performance marketing reviews. - Maintain clear documentation of agency communications, campaign results, and approvals. - Support in generating insights and optimization recommendations from performance reports.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or digital marketing (agency or client-side). - Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid marketing, and content workflows. - Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ad performance dashboards (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.What We’re Looking For:A self-driven and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple moving parts, ensure flawless execution, and maintain consistent communication between the brand and agency partners.Apply now by sending your resume to HR: tanvi.s@renewcell.co.in
