The role involves ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets, campaign reports, and performance updates, while maintaining smooth communication and alignment with brand goals.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the marketing agency. - Coordinate daily communication to ensure all social media and performance marketing deliverables are on track. - Review creative and ad copies before approval to ensure brand alignment. - Track and maintain a deliverables Sheet for campaigns, posts, and ad launches. - Follow up with agencies on pending tasks, revisions, or performance marketing reports. - Work closely with internal teams (design, product, eCommerce, sales) to provide the agency with necessary information, briefs, and feedback. - Assist in campaign planning, content scheduling, and performance marketing reviews. - Maintain clear documentation of agency communications, campaign results, and approvals. - Support in generating insights and optimization recommendations from performance reports.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or digital marketing (agency or client-side). - Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid marketing, and content workflows. - Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ad performance dashboards (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.What We’re Looking For:A self-driven and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple moving parts, ensure flawless execution, and maintain consistent communication between the brand and agency partners.Apply now by sending your resume to HR: tanvi.s@renewcell.co.in
