Role Overview:-
As the Human Resources Operations Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the company. Your role will involve managing resources, improving efficiency, and ensuring that the company's operations align with its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operations Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance overall efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the company's objectives.
Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, addressing any challenges promptly and effectively.
⚖️ Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the operations team to enhance their skills and performance.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring that operational goals are met.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior leadership.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to operational processes.
Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivated work environment to ensure high team morale and productivity.
Daily Reporting: Submit accurate and timely daily reports to your Reporting Manager.
Compensation Details:-
1. Please review the job description thoroughly.
2. The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.
3. During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each successfully completed project or target achieved.
4. ️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
5. After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
6.Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month , payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary.
7.Total Basic Earnings: ₹1,80,000 for a 6-month period .
