**Job Title:** Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist


**Job Summary:**

The Lead Adobe Experience Manager Specialist will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and management of AEM solutions. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM solutions, including AEM Sites and AEM Assets.

- Oversee the overall architecture and integration of AEM with other enterprise systems and platforms.

- Manage end-to-end AEM implementations, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, UX/UI designers, and IT teams, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Ensure best practices in AEM development and maintenance, including coding standards, documentation, and version control.

- Mentor and train junior developers and team members in AEM best practices and technologies.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills and project outcomes.

- Stay updated with the latest AEM features, releases, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM system issues and enhance performance.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the advancement of AEM capabilities within the organization.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

- Proven experience leading AEM projects from concept to completion.

- Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with back-end technologies (Java, Sling, OSGi).

- Experience with AEM 6.x and Cloud Services is a plus.

- Strong understanding of content management best practices and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with senior management.


**Preferred Qualifications:**


- AEM certifications (e.g., AEM Developer Certification) are a plus.

- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and integration with AEM.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
