Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Flowable Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Flowable design and development to contribute to enterprise-level implementations and drive the success of our workflow solutions. Principle responsibilities:

Develop and design Flowable-based solutions for enterprise applications

Customize Flowable components, including widgets and identity APIs, to meet specific business needs

Create and manage BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models to streamline business processes

Utilize UML design and design patterns to ensure effective and scalable solutions

Implement and manage back-end systems using Java, JEE, and microservices architecture with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, MVC, Batch, Integration, Data)

Oversee continuous development and integration processes to enhance system performance and reliability

Work in an agile development environment to iteratively deliver high-quality solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise and guidance

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Contribute to the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions

Optionally, engage with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React JS

Understand regulatory and financial environments to ensure compliance and relevance


Good-to-haves

Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Proven track record of 6+ years of development experience in Flowable design

Expert knowledge of BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling

Proficiency in Flowable customization and identity API management

Subject matter expert in Flowable or similar workflow solutions with enterprise-level implementation experience

Strong knowledge of UML design, design patterns, and back-end development engineering

Expertise in Continuous Development/Continuous Integration (CD/CI)

Familiarity with cloud development and deployment practices

Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React JS) is optional

Understanding of regulatory and finance environments is advantageous
