D’grl Fashion is a premium women’s western wear brand, and we’re looking for aFacebook & Instagram Ads Manager (Freelancer – Part Time)to help us generate sales through our Shopify store.Responsibilities: Plan, create & manageFacebook + Instagram ad campaigns(₹5,000–₹6,000/month budget). Runproduct-focused & retargeting campaignsfor dresses. Monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROI (CTR, CPC, ROAS). Suggest creative ad copies & targeting ideas. Shareweekly reportsand recommendations. Qualifications: Basic to intermediate experience runningMeta Adsfor e-commerce. Familiarity withShopify + Facebook Business Manager . Knowledge of retargeting & Advantage+ campaigns. Creative thinking for ad content (images, reels, captions). Good communication skills. Compensation: Freelance / Part-Time role ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per project(for setting up 2 campaigns + tracking). Plus performance bonus if sales grow.
