Position: UI Designer

Location: Remote (Travel to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, as required)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We’re seeking a talented UI Designer to create visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. If you excel at translating user needs into compelling designs and have an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Maintain design consistency and brand integrity across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and implement best practices in design.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of web standards, HTML/CSS (not required to code but helpful).
  • Familiarity with design systems and creating reusable UI components.
  • Additional Desirable Skills:
  • Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design approaches.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Travel Requirement:
