The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, such as coffee and tea, and ensuring proper food preparation. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, assisting with customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and managing orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, with experience in preparing beverages and food itemsExcellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersCustomer-centric approach with proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer ServiceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPrevious experience in a café or food service environment is a plus
