Position Overview :


We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web technologies, AI-driven platforms, and enterprise integrations. You will focus on designing, scaling, and optimizing our React, NestJS, and MongoDB-based platform.

As a key technical leader, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives while integrating third-party services such as Stytch (authentication), Chargebee (subscriptions), Qlik (data integration), and Okta (SSO).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of new features for our platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

- Oversee integrations with third-party services like Stytch, Chargebee, Qlik, and Okta.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align the platform's technical roadmap with business goals.

- Manage real-time data processing from external tools like Excel and Google Sheets.

- Optimize the performance of the MongoDB database for real-time data operations and advanced analytics.

- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.

- Mentor development teams, promoting technical excellence and architectural integrity.

- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies that enhance the platform's functionality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years as a Technical Architect.

- Strong expertise in React, NestJS, and MongoDB, with experience in full-stack development.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and project management tools like Jira.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture, microservices, and API design.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and scalable architecture best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/ML platforms and business intelligence solutions.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments.
