We leverage intelligent AI agents to deliver fast, comprehensive, and fraud-aware background verification reports, helping modern hiring teams make better decisions.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer (Mobile Heavy) who can lead and scale our mobile-first product experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in React Native, mobile app architecture, and performance optimization — and has built impactful, scalable products at top-tier product companies or fast-growing startups.You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring teams, and owning end-to-end mobile feature delivery that delights millions of users.Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 6+ yearsCompensation: ₹45–₹60 LPAResponsibilities:- Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile-first frontend systems using React Native and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams to deliver smooth, responsive, and scalable experiences. - Establish coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines for mobile and hybrid web applications. - Drive technical discussions, mentor frontend teams, and contribute to strategic product roadmap decisions. - Ensure app stability, code reusability, and modularity across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web). - Evaluate and integrate modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI-driven dev tools) to boost productivity.Qualification:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 6+ years of total experience, with 3–4+ years in product-based setups (e.g., CRED, Paytm, PhonePe, Postman, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). - Expertise in React Native and strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles. - Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and state management tools (Redux, MobX, Recoil). - Strong fundamentals in API integration, performance tuning, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile. - Hands-on experience in building, releasing, and maintaining mobile apps at scale. - Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.Perks and Benefits:- Competitive salary 40–50 LPA. - Remote-first culture. - 5-day work week. - Opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-paced startup environment.Good to Have:- Experience in native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus. - Exposure to micro-frontend architecture or monorepo setups. - Prior work on mobile automation, analytics, or A/B testing frameworks.0
