IVR Developer

Job Role:IVR Developer Experience:8+ Years Location:Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Manesar, PuneResponsibilities: Design, develop, and maintainIVR applicationsusingTwilio / M365and related technologies. Lead a technical team and ensure timely project delivery. Integrate IVR systems with cloud services such asAWSorAzure , and with internal/external APIs. Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control (GitHub, Jira, Confluence). Ensure compliance withdata security and privacy standards . Collaborate cross-functionally with business and engineering teams for feature enhancement. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IVR system performance.Required Skills: 8+ yearsin software development, including3+ years in IVR development . 2+ years of team leadershipexperience. Strong expertise inTwilioandMicrosoft 365 , or other equivalent IVR platforms. Experience withAWS / Azure ,Kubernetes , andCI/CD pipelines . Programming proficiency in.NET, Java, and Node.js . Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications in IVR tools such asTwilioorCyaraare preferred.
