Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales revenue through effective sales strategies, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Present company products/services to prospective clients, showcasing how they meet their business needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final negotiations, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales strategies and deliver value to clients.
  • Client Retention: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues, fostering long-term business relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
