We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our technology team working on NBFC domain projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance infrastructure and automation solutions to support software development and production environments.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for development and production environments.- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.- Automate configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, deployment, and monitoring processes.- Ensure system security by implementing best practices and regular audits.- Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues.Required Technical Skills :- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.- Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Cloud-native monitoring solutions.- Good understanding of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.- Version control using Git.Good to Have :- Experience in managing deployments for financial services (NBFC/BFSI domain).- Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability scanning tools.- Understanding of network protocols and firewalls.- Experience with cost optimization for cloud resources.Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and proactive attitude towards system improvements (ref:hirist.tech)
