We support partner aerospace engineering firms with industry-ready skilled talent across domains, including avionics, structural design, and analysis, providing a pathway into aerospace engineering.

About the Role

This post is for our job-oriented training programme in Aircraft Design. We are seeking multiple Graduate Engineering Trainees who will have the option to be trained and work in disciplines such as Structures and Avionics.

The GET programme is designed for candidates who want to build skill sets required in industry while applying them in a real-world environment.

Programme Details
  • The Graduate Engineering Trainee period will be approximately 16 weeks (4 months)
  • Training and work will take place in specializations such as Structures and Avionics
  • There will be an opportunity for an internship during the training period
Requirements
  • Graduates or current final-year students in M.Tech with an aerospace focus are preferred; B. Tech Aeronautical Engineering with relevant internship experience may also be considered
  • A minimum CGPA of 6.0 or 60% is required
  • Candidates should be able to work effectively in teams and communicate ideas clearly
  • Strong motivation for the aerospace sector is desired
Prior Experience
  • Prior project work or internship in aerospace is a plus
  • Knowledge of modelling and simulation tools like CATIA or Solidworks, ANSYS is beneficial
