Location: Indore, MP

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: Up to ₹28,000


🕒 Work Schedule

  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week
  • Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day
  • Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
  • Week Offs: Rotational


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations including shift planning and attendance tracking
  • Maintain employee records and update internal databases
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand staffing needs


🎓 Eligibility

  • Education: Undergraduate students and freshers are welcome
  • Experience: No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
