As an Audio Engineer at Audio Array, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of assistance and guidance with their audio equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

*Guiding customers to select the best products for their specific needs.

*Providing detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips to customers by making detailed video tutorials or on video call with customers.

*Overcome any technical challenges or roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction and product functionality.

*Leverage your knowledge and expertise to meet and exceed customer expectations regarding audio quality and performance.

*Test audio products in various hardware configurations and settings received for testing, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Impeccable ear for sound, enabling you to provide informed recommendations to customers.

*Extensive knowledge of modern audio equipment and software, including proficiency in DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) and other industry-standard tools.

*Significant experience with audio recording, editing, and mixing, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

*Excellent communication skills for giving clear instructions and providing exceptional customer service.

*Working knowledge of audio-video synchronization techniques, ensuring seamless integration of audio products with visual content.

*Capable of troubleshooting connectivity related issues over video calls.

Fluent in English, Hindi and other languages (if any) for better interaction with the customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

*History of building successful relationships with producers and performers, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs.

*Deep familiarity with sound troubleshooting techniques, enabling you to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers.

*Comprehensive portfolio of sound engineering projects, showcasing your expertise and accomplishments in the field.

*Keen understanding of music theory, allowing you to provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on customer preferences and requirements.

*Expertise in at least one sound engineering technique, giving you a unique perspective and skill set to offer to our customers.
