Description : - About CloudHire.- CloudHire is building the future of AI-powered recruitment.- We help companies hire top global talent faster, smarter, and with better retention by leveraging advanced AI-driven sourcing and assessments.- As a fast-scaling SaaS and EOR platform, we are looking for a Product Manager to drive product execution, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver an exceptional recruitment technology experience.Role Overview : - We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong SaaS and recruitment background.- This role will combine strategic product ownership with day-to-day execution as a Scrum Master.- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, deep knowledge of agile product delivery, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.Product Manager SaaS Recruitment Platform : - Location : Gurugram, India (On-site).- Experience Required : 58 years.Key Responsibilities : - Own the end-to-end product roadmap for CloudHires SaaS recruitment platform.- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.- Act as Scrum Master for engineering teams, managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Oversee Jira workflows, ensuring tickets are properly defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit.- Define product KPIs and monitor performance against objectives.- Stay ahead of HRTech, SaaS, and AI recruitment trends to guide product strategy.Required Skills & Experience : - 5+ years of Product Management experience with strong SaaS expertise.- Proven experience in recruitment technology, ATS, staffing platforms, or HRTech solutions.- Certified or proven Scrum Master with hands-on agile delivery.- Advanced knowledge of Jira (setup, workflows, reporting, dashboards).- Strong understanding of product analytics and metrics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar).- Exceptional stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and prioritization skills.- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear deliverables.Personality & Culture Fit : - Ownership mindset : proactive and accountable for outcomes.- High integrity and reliability; takes full responsibility for commitments.- Sharp, concise communicator who avoids unnecessary complexity.- Empathetic towards both HR managers and candidates; able to balance needs.- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, high-velocity environment.- Bias for action : decisive, execution-driven, and resilient under pressure.Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with scaling SaaS platforms globally.- Technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, and AI concepts.- Prior startup experience in 0?1 or high-scale growth stages.Why Join CloudHire : - Opportunity to shape a high-growth SaaS platform in the recruitment space.- Exposure to global markets across the US, India, and emerging economies.- Fast-paced, collaborative culture where ownership and execution are valued.- Be part of a company building the first AI-powered human talent library.
