Responsibilities

• Independently design and perform methodology for strain development.
• Operate relevant lab equipment supporting the strain/metabolic engineering research work.
• Document work consistently using appropriate data collection tools.
• Schedule and manage project work tasks in alignment with the overall team schedule for workflow.
• Work in a collaborative environment with other biotechnology specialists, interacting effectively across multi-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Report results effectively through effective written and presentation skills.
• Data analysis and preparation of technical reports.

Other Responsibilitie

• sInventory management and procurement planning of Laboratory Chemicals and consumables using SAP
• .Ensuring Safety compliance of laboratory work place through participation in Biosafety committee
• .Preparation and Review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• .Preparation for technical specifications for laboratory equipment, participate in laboratory and safety councils
