Growth & Transformation Officer - Executive Assistant To Chief Strategy - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to work closely with the Chief Strategy, Growth & Transformation Officer. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance it demands strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives and governance processes across the organization.As the Executive Assistant to the CSGTO, you will play a critical role in shaping business plans, tracking performance metrics, managing key projects, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Governance- Support the CSGTO in developing and executing the organizations long-term strategy and annual business plans.- Facilitate and manage governance processes such as Management Performance Reviews and Strategy Reviews.- Collaborate with Business Unit and Function Heads to align strategic objectives with execution plans.- Prepare business presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.2. Data Analytics & Insights- Conduct end-to-end data mining and analysis across key business metrics and performance indicators.- Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and ratio analyses to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.-Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.3. Business & Financial Analysis- Evaluate key business proposals, including capital projects, funding opportunities, and strategic investments.- Prepare detailed performance reportsfinancial, operational, and technicalfor leadership review.- Leverage external market intelligence and research to guide growth initiatives and risk assessments.4.
