About the role :

Health City Cayman Islands is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to provide IT support for the Hospital Information System and integrated applications. The role focuses on digital payment platforms, web-based applications, API integration, and technical support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensure system stability, and coordinate between technical teams and end users. This position also involves user support, query resolution, and assisting with application demonstrations.

Experience : 2- 5 years

Qualification : BCA/MCA/B.Tech/B.E.

Work Location : Health City Cayman Islands, East End, Cayman Islands

Key Deliverables :

- Provide expert L2 support for digital payment systems, ensuring smooth transactions and prompt issue resolution.

- Work with development teams to implement improvements and updates to payment platforms.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize web applications for performance and user experience.

- Diagnose and resolve functionality, UI, and system integration issues.

- Manage and support API connectivity, data exchange, and interoperability with third-party services.

- Provide L2 technical assistance, escalating complex issues to L3 or development teams as needed.

- Respond to and resolve incidents within SLA, maintaining detailed documentation for analysis.

- Work closely with developers, IT teams, and business users to ensure seamless issue resolution.

- Address queries, provide application demonstrations, and assist end-users with system understanding.

- Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and support.

Key Skills Required :

- Experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in remote desktop applications and help desk software.

- Experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with IT ticketing tools for issue tracking.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

- Shift flexibility, including working in rotational shifts.

- Must be willing to be based in the Cayman Islands
