Job Description

This is a full-time role for individuals who share our passion for transforming the landscape of Finance & Accounting through Agentic AI in the US mid & Enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform GTM approaches
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution
• Create comprehensive launch plans with clear timelines and dependencies
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for go-to-market initiatives
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities (geographic, vertical, or segment-based)
• Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Create sales enablement materials and playbooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, channel management, or related fields
• MBA from top 5 IIMs with consulting background in McKinsey and other similar firms
• Experience in the finance & accounting domain
• Proficiency with CRM systems and partner management tools
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in market analysis and business planning
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in creating and executing strategic business plans
