Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant (OTC) to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing SAP S/4 HANA solutions, specifically focusing on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a retail industry or OMNI channel sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules, including Sales, Credit Management, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.

- Customize and enhance standard SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities using SAP Activate or other implementation methodologies.

- Implement SAP CAR and ensure seamless integration with S/4 HANA systems.

- Utilize Signavio for business process modeling and adopt EML best practices for clean and efficient designs.

- Ensure integration of S/4 HANA with surrounding systems, such as Transportation, Warehouse, and Order Management Systems.

- Configure and implement Event-based Integration, SAP BTP extensions, while adhering to a Clean Core strategy.

- Perform data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and conversion of OTC-related master and transactional data.

- Provide end-to-end support across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules and perform root cause analysis.

- Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in SAP SD consulting with strong expertise in S/4 HANA OTC.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and retail industry projects.

- Exposure to SAP CAR and its integration with S/4 HANA.

- Strong understanding of integration touchpoints between S/4 HANA and Transportation, Warehouse, and Order Management Systems.


- Knowledge of Event-based Integration, BTP Extensions, and Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Familiarity with Signavio and EML best practices is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Revenue Recognition and advanced Pricing Mechanisms.

- Experience with agile project management tools like Jira or Confluence.

- Understanding of industry trends and best practices for SAP S/4 HANA OTC.
