Office / Corporate HR ResponsibilitiesRecruitment for office roles (marketing, accounts, operations, admin)Drafting offer letters, contracts, KRAs, and HR documentsHandling payroll coordination & leave managementDeveloping and updating HR policies & SOPsManaging performance reviews and appraisalsCoordinating cross-department communication3. Culture, Engagement & TrainingPlan monthly team engagement activitiesCoordinate workshops, technical training & soft-skill developmentBuild a positive, collaborative culture across both salon & office teams4. Compliance & AdministrationMaintain employee files & HR dashboardsEnsure adherence to POSH, PF/ESIC (if applicable)Support operational tasks and inter-department workflowsWho We’re Looking ForExperience handling both frontline staff + office teamsStrong communication and people skillsWell-organised, proactive, and reliableAbility to manage high-energy environments like premium salonsGood understanding of HR laws, documentation & performance systems
