We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst with a passion for data and strong expertise in Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud to support the continued development and enhancement of our custom centralized analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis, align or establish relationships across disparate data sets to deliver meaningful insights.

- Interpret complex data, collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements, and produce clear design and implementation specifications.

- Analyze business requirements to determine and recommend appropriate data-driven solutions.

- Apply critical thinking skills to review numbers, calculations, and data trends, driving to actionable conclusions across datasets.

- Collaborate closely with business unit personnel and internal analysts to present findings and translate complex data into understandable insights for clients.

- Develop and customize Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud dashboards, including scripting, KPI calculations, ETL processes, and load scripts.

- Perform basic Python/R integration and provide API support within Qlik Sense environments.

- Support HTML customization for enhanced dashboard functionality.

- Participate in iterative development processes and define data relationships through effective data modeling.

- Manage and monitor ongoing client data imports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Identify and fix defects reported by the business or client community.

- Develop scalable enhancements for multi-client utilization.

- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of solutions delivered.

Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in data modeling and analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with a strong inclination for problem-solving.

- Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence solution delivery.

- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud platforms.

- Proven ability to conduct business analysis and effectively gather requirements from key stakeholders.

- Experience with ETL tools, scripting languages, and dashboard development.

- Basic experience in Python/R and API integrations is a plus.

- Proficiency in HTML is an added advantage.
