We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Manager/Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in General Insurance Claims Process (Non-Life Insurance, Non-Health Insurance). The primary responsibilities include managing and analyzing insurance claims, developing and maintaining claim forms and processes, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

General Insurance Claims Management:

- Handle all aspects of the general insurance claims process, including processing, reviewing, and resolving claims.

Claim Form Development:

- Develop and maintain claim forms and processes in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of business activity related to insurance claims, including documentation of claims, payments, and settlements.

Research and Analysis:

- Research, analyze, and resolve insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Investigate claim cases such as power surge, theft while in transit, riot, strike, fire, etc., and process payments accordingly.

Workflow Optimization:

- Develop and maintain workflow processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs in the claims management process.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to streamline claim processing.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, insurance providers, and claimants to ensure smooth and timely resolution of claims.

- Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to claims processing and Prepare and present regular reports on claim activity, including trends, metrics, and performance indicators.

Key Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Insurance Claims Process (Non-Life Insurance, Non-Health Insurance).

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex insurance claims.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to develop and maintain workflow processes to optimize productivity.

- Familiarity with insurance claim forms, processes, and regulatory Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
