Job Title: Salesforce Architect.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and development practices.

This role requires strong technical leadership, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as Mulesoft.
  • Develop and maintain customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to Salesforce developers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and smooth transitions during data migration activities using tools like Apex Data Loader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD processes using DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  • Utilize Salesforce DX to optimize the development lifecycle and deployment processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong grasp of Salesforce ecosystem and architecture.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning framework for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and platforms like Mulesoft.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD implementation (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX for enhanced development and deployment workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration using Apex Data Loader and similar tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application/Systems Architect.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator

Work Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST.

Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred).

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
