Company Description:
The Guardian Group, founded in 2023 and headquartered in Gurugram, is a consortium of beauty and wellness brands aimed at simplifying consumers' lives. With a diverse portfolio including skincare, perfumes, health and wellness products, pharmacies, and beverages, the group is a new-age FMCG company.
Each brand under the Guardian Group focuses on delivering quality products that cater to the beauty, health, and wellness needs of consumers.
Role Description:
- As the Lead Retail, the candidate will oversee the management and coordination of sales operations who is from Mattress/ furniture industry/ FMCG industry.
- This role involves managing selling strategies, team deployment across designated areas, and ensuring profitability by effectively managing P&L for both operations and sales.
- This position presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong retail background and a knack for driving success in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Qualifications:
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer follow-ups and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- While handling a diverse range of customers.
- The candidate will also play a crucial role in store openings, leveraging their business development experience to drive growth across Springwell's network of 72 stores.
- Preferred Industry, Furniture, FMCD, and industrial sectors.
- The candidate will be leading a P&L size of 350 cr between the two brands across all channels.
- With retail at 80 cr.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing vertically integrated brands, and overseeing operations for both Sleepy Cat and Springwell.
- This role involves navigating the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these two distinct brands, with a focus on building a cohesive and complementary brand ecosystem.
- Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in leading the strategic direction of both brands.
