Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Monitor MongoDB Infrastructure: Oversee both MongoDB Atlas and OnPrem environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Implement necessary upgrades and patches.
• Cloud-Native Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructures, utilizing best practices to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Problem-Solving and Simplification: Analyze complex technical challenges and devise straightforward, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical requirements gathering sessions, ensuring clear documentation and review of design documents to meet project goals.
• Technology Identification: Stay updated on new and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to solve business problems and enhance system performance.
• Sprint Delivery Oversight: Ensure sprint stories are aligned with architectural frameworks, reviewing designs to ensure adherence to best practices and guiding delivery teams accordingly.
• Architectural Design and Tools: Utilize logical models and architectural tools to develop system designs and contribute to the overall system architecture for specific business areas.
• Component Design and Implementation: Translate detailed component specifications into actionable, detailed designs for development teams to implement using selected products and technologies.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on system development, integration, and change requests, ensuring compliance with technical strategies, standards, and policies.
• Decision Framework Development: Create practical frameworks to guide technical decisions, ensuring solutions address business, functional, technical, and implementation perspectives. Prioritize critical project aspects for early development and delivery.
• Continuous Integration/Deployment Support: Assist development teams in implementing CI/CD practices, optimizing workflows for efficiency and smooth deployment processes.
• Delivery and Testing: Oversee the development, testing, and timely implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timeframes and performance expectations.
