Position: Treatment Coordinator

Location: Ridgetop Dental International, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of MDS specialists to propose comprehensive treatment plans and help patients complete their treatments.
  • Present treatment plans to patients, address their concerns, and explain the importance of completing treatments.
  • Gain acceptance for treatment plans by explaining associated costs and timelines.
  • Guide patients through Ridgetop's processes for scheduling, pre-payments, and cancellation policies.
  • Develop knowledge of procedures like Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Root Canals, Cosmetic Smile Design, Veneers, and more.
  • Understand treatment estimates, fee schedules, and financing options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly production goals as assigned by the corporate team.
  • Attend wellness programs and propose limited dental exams for corporate employees.
  • Collect patient referrals and testimonials for social media after treatment completion.
  • Follow up with patients, schedule appointments, and ensure compliance with registration forms and treatment plans.
  • Handle patient flow and make confirmation calls for next-day appointments.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Production Planning, Conversion Rates, Acceptance Ratios, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in dentistry to provide accurate patient guidance.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • Graduate from a reputed institution with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in patient management within a fast-paced environment.
  • BDS graduates preferred, MBA/MHA are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for them.


Skills

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of Dental Procedures (Implants, Orthodontics, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Patient Flow and Appointment Management
